RASPBERRY MOJITO

INGREDIENTS

1 lime, quartered
12 mint leaves
5 raspberries
2 ½ teaspoons granulated sugar
3 oz. light rum
Club soda (optional)

STEPS

1.Using a muddler or mortar and pestle, crush lime quarters, mint leaves, raspberries, and sugar until sugar is well dissolved in liquid.

2.In a cocktail shaker, combine with ice, rum and lime mixture, and shake well.

3.Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top off with a splash of club soda, if desired.

This recipe serves one.
