Daniel grew up in a few different places. Though born in Tennessee, most of his childhood took place in Ohio and Michigan. His major at Saginaw Valley State University was International Studies and then Photography and Film at Brooks Institute of Photography. He has more than 10 years of experience in the photography and video fields. He currently lives and works in New York City, but continues to travel for work. He has shot in many places including Mexico, Korea and Costa Rica. Various publications have displayed his work, including Billboard Magazine, and his documentary "Familia" was one of the finalists at the 92Y short film festival.
